Inhaltlich fokussiert das Projekt zwei Schwerpunkte: Auf struktureller Ebene soll das zu entwickelnde Modell Berufliche Lehrerbildung Niedersachsen 2025 die Attraktivität des Studiums erhöhen. Hierbei werden Maßnahmen zur Öffnung, Standardisierung und Flexibilisierung angebahnt, um darüber deutlich mehr Studienanfängerinnen und anfänger zu gewinnen, diese im Studium zu halten und zu einem lehramtsqualifizierenden Abschluss zu führen.
